Refund policy

  • No returns or refunds for collectible cards (including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and other CCGs) once purchased.

  • No returns or refunds for opened items.
  • All other items may be returned within 15 days of purchase in original condition and packaging as long as they are still sealed.
